[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Louise Marie Hurel for the European NCUC EC seat

I would like to second this nomination. Louise has been a conscientious and active member of the NCUC Executive Committee, where she has displayed good judgement and a keen interest in looking out for the interests of all NCUC members.
