[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Louise Marie Hurel for the European NCUC EC seat

Hi all,

I would like to nominate Louise Marie Hurel for NCUC EC Europe. I think
Louise doesn't need much of introduction - most of you know her. She has
been doing a great job representing Europe on the NCUC EC in the last
two years, and it would be great if she continues for another term.
