[NCUC-DISCUSS] Board Working Group on Anti-Harassment - Session In Marrakech and Open Comment

Dear NCUC,

Yesterday the ICANN Board working group on Anti-Harassment held a session
to share some more information about the WG's activities. At the
opportunity, we were also informed that there is some sort of a comment
open regarding initial research conducted on Best Practices for
Anti-Harassment policies.
