[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Announcement] PC NCSG NCUC rep.

Hi Dorothy,

for the composition and formation of NCSG PC, it is defined by NCSG
charter. Same for NCUC PC, it is also defined in its newly updated bylaws.
I cannot speak about NPOC PC  as I am not familiar with their charter and
if there is such provision.
NCSG PC already includes 2 representatives from each constituency, NCUC and
NPOC. It also includes NCSG representatives to GNSO council and NCSG chair
as ex-officio.
