At the NCSG level we are currently drafting a response to this public comment. At the moment we have on our drafting team Joanna Kulesza, Joan Hopek, Thomas, and myself. You are more than welcome to join our team (we welcome your input! and anyone else can also join us). We are working on the contents of the comment in the Google Doc below.
