[NCUC-DISCUSS] Fwd: [Public Comments] Call for Volunteers

Dear all,

I had already volunteered for the draft we submitted from the constituency
concerning the fellowship, I'm still very much involved with the program,
and on top of that, capacity building is essentially my day job.

It would be great if someone else could take the Draft Proposal of the New
Fellowship Program Approach this time, but otherwise I'd be happy to keep
working with that.
