[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Announcement] NCUC new Vice-Chair

I do agree to the fact that the bylaws allows for a vice chair. But i
disagree to the fact that the broader members of the community was
overlook. How come the opportunity was
not thrown to the broader members to decide.
To me the process lack transparency and it will be difficult for
accountability to prevail in that regard. What i am seeing now is like
allied and friends kind of rule.

I am sorry i am sounding like this but we need to be open fair to all.
