[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Announcement] NCUC new Vice-Chair

I apologize for jumping in to NCUC EC and wisdom but as a Co drafter of the
bylaws I'd like to  make a clarification about the appointment process. The
bylaws briefly says there should be a vice chair and that EC votes to
select and vice chair should be a member of the EC. Our operating
procedures probably needs updating to have a process for this but I have to
say the ncuc ec process was not questionable. There are no rules
againstVice chair being from the country nor region as the chair and no one
else other than Bruna from the EC volunteered to run for the position.
