I think it is extremely important to get an answer from the NCUC Chair to the question that I asked, which speaks to how our Executive Committee is operating and making decisions that impact our members and the interests whom we represent.

We are all volunteers, we all have deadlines, friends, family and a myriad of other things that keep us busy. We work on ICANN when we can, how we can.

>>> Hi The official deliberation channel is EC list. Please refer to our new bylaws in case of any questions. NCUC does have a Skype channel and it's called NCUC 2018 - General Chat. Those willing to join, please email chair at ncuc.org w/ your ID And it is as it's called - a chat channel, not a deliberation one. Unfortunately Skype is not a very effective tool. I find that other apps are better for chat nowadays. IG Hub channel is one I'd recommend. Chat is different from secret deliberation channel. EC does chat with each other too but again, Skype is so old.
