I'm just going to throw into the mix that I think everyone does the
best we can. We are all volunteers, we all have deadlines, friends,
family and a myriad of other things that keep us busy. We work on

Unfortunately Skype is not a very effective tool. I find that
other apps are better for chat nowadays. IG Hub channel is one
I'd recommend. Chat is different from secret deliberation
channel. EC does chat with each other too but again, Skype is
