Hi

The official deliberation channel is EC list. Please refer to our new
bylaws in case of any questions.

NCUC does have a Skype channel and it's called NCUC 2018 - General Chat.

Those willing to join, please email chair at ncuc.org w/ your ID

And it is as it's called - a chat channel, not a deliberation one.

Unfortunately Skype is not a very effective tool. I find that other
apps are better for chat nowadays. IG Hub channel is one I'd
recommend.

Chat is different from secret deliberation channel.

EC does chat with each other too but again, Skype is so old.
