Hi Renata,

Are there any "unofficial" deliberation channels that the NCUC Executive Committee uses? I have not suggested that the official archives have been tampered with — I have asked a very plain question, when you deliberate off-list, where does this happen, and what decisions does the EC think are acceptable to happen, say, on Skype, where most members will not be able to review the decision making trail?

Regards,

Ayden

So the archive is recording all messages exchanged by the EC which refer to deliberation process. That is the official channel of deliberation of the EC and the messages that count. The time constraint is referred to on the thread of EC approval, which is deadline of IGF, 6 June.
