the response to #2, which is an absurd reading of the DIDP. The idea
that because ICANN doesn't specifically track salaries by gender, that
means that "there is no documentary information in ICANN org’s
possession, custody or control that is responsive to this request" is
nonsensical. They clearly have that information, and could very easily
calculate it.

I would be interested to see this challenged through the appeal
mechanism - since if that's their interpretation of how the DIDP
works, it's utility going forward is going to be incredibly limited,
even with proper implementation of the WS2 recommendations.
