[NCUC-DISCUSS] Additional Budget Requests - deadline 20jan

Hi Ayden and all

It's great to see this brainstorm of ideas.
I hope we keep them coming.

Even if the idea was rejected or isn't perfect, we can improve our
request for another year.

I'm still rounding up documents and more info to help us build these
ABRs and will share soon
