Hi Zakir,

Thanks so much for your kind words! In response to your question, in
general our expertise is in the GNSO and gTLD space. But we think there is
a lot to learn from ccTLDs, particularly in the area of privacy for their
registrants.

Thanks for the suggestion re .NGO - we'll look into it!
