[NCUC-DISCUSS] ICANN proposal to cut CROP - and budget comment

We have an opportunity to make a case in our comment that we do not agree with CROP being cut, let’s do that.

Also, i encourage everyone to consider reading proposed budget materials (if you can and for informational purposes) or just read the proposed comment (draft bellow) to understand what we care for and what we are demanding for ICANN to reconsider in FY19. Also use that opportunity to add/suggest wording or any other budget issue you think we should raise.

This comment will soon be endorsed by the NCSG PC, we want your voice to also be included.
