[NCUC-DISCUSS] ICANN proposal to cut CROP - and budget comment

Dear all,

ICANN has proposed to cut CROP and now there is a note about this in
this FAQ about the FY19 budget just announced.

"ICANN has suggested to preserve the core constituent travel support
to SOs/ACs to participate in ICANN Public meetings but eliminate the
fund of the CROP, among other reductions."

PC NCSG has shared a comment on FY19 budget and suggestions received
by 27Feb. The penholder is Ayden so you can also direct any questions
to him.
