[NCUC-DISCUSS] Resignation

Decisions like these are always difficult, but at the end of the day we
know what is best for ourselves and others affected. I would like to
publicly thank you for your support and guidance in my short time involved
in ICANN and NCUC and hope that we will collaborate in the future.
