[NCUC-DISCUSS] ICANN63 Travel Slots announcement

Dear NCUC members

The ICANN63 Travel Slots will be allocated to

Shahul Hameed
Benjamin Akinmoyeje

Both of these members have shown merit before and had been mentioned
for this selection by great part of the EC.

Our CROP Outreach Plan was also approved for all the ICANN meetings in
a very challenging process. The first deadline for ICANN63 is 31Aug.

Dina Thomas Covenant from EU has been recommended by both NPOC Chair
and EC to attend ICANN63

I will work with Dina to send a CROP Plan so we don't lose this funding.
