[NCUC-DISCUSS] new focal point on underserved regions

Thanks Ayden for the questions, I am also a little curious with the role.
Will this person/ad-hoc group work closely with our GAC liason?

I also happen to remember a workshop/capacity building facilitated by the
GAC at this past Panamá meeting, link here:

will this be the type of work we would be collaborating with ?
