[NCUC-DISCUSS] Fwd: Call for ICANN62 Topic Proposals - Due by 12 April

Dear All,
Great suggestions have been made in a broader sense and it is also a
welcome idea that we have this opportunity to suggest or proposal topics
for ICANN 62.
In that light I do proposal the following topics:
The role of DNS in fake news proliferation.
Personal data protection against mass manipulation for political purposes
by governments and corporations
Reviewing the Vulnerabilities of developing economies in open technologies.
