Hi Caleb,

I have repeatedly pressed that button in Google Docs for two weeks now, and have not been granted access to edit the document. Are only fellows being permitted to edit the document? Are these the only contributions being sought?

The gist of my remarks - which you refer to as my 'perception', and I suppose it is, but I think it is an informed perception - was that in a consultation where we are being asked 19 questions, we have responded to five of the questions, and ignored the other 14. Of the five questions that do have responses, I believe our response falls short of the standard of other comments that the NCSG/NCUC/NPOC have previously submitted.

While I have not been an ICANN fellow, I did take the pen on more than half of our public comments last year and would like to think that I have a bit of an idea as to how to write one. It is my view that it is always helpful to respond to the (direct) questions being asked.
