All,

Please see below NCUC election timeline.

If you have already checked-in for elections at NCSG, you do not have to
check in for NCUC elections. We consider you as checked-in automatically.
But if you have not checked in at NCSG level then we will send you a
check-in email.

Note: if you are an additional representative of an organization
you don't get to vote and won't get the confirmation message either.

Also, if you have been a member of NCUC for less than 30 days, you would
not be eligible to vote. If you are not sure of your status, please ask.


Here is the timeline for the election:
Check in - 27 Sept 2017
Nomination period begins – 03 Oct 2017
Nomination period ends - 17 Oct 2017
Deadline for nomination acceptance – 18 Oct 2017
Deadline for candidate statements - 19 Oct 2017
Check in ends - 19 Oct 2017
Candidate Call – 20 Oct 2017
Voting begins - 23 Oct 2017
Voting ends - 05 Nov 2017
Results announced - 06 Nov 2017
