Dear all,
The Executive Committee has now approved the NCUC operating procedures. The final version is attached and it will be available on NCUC website shortly.
I thank the EC and everyone else who commented and helped to draft this document.  It took us a bit of time but now we have one shiny operating procedures document which can help us be more transparent, accountable and communicate better with each other.
