[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC elections will start today

Dear NCUC members,

Please anticipate receiving NCUC elections ballot via an email from
tally at icann.org *today*. You will have until 5th Nov 23.59 UTC to cast your
vote.

If you have joined NCUC less than a month ago, you are not eligible to
vote, so you won't receive a ballot.

If you have a question please ask only OFFLIST  by sending an email to me
and Maryam at Maryam Bakoshi <maryam.bakoshi at icann.org>. Rest assured that
it will reach us and we will respond promptly.
