Joly, I have arguments for both sides. Being a lawyer I am more use to do
the distinction myself.

Rafik, yeap, I was referring to that. It's been a hot topic for a while and
it won't go away anytime soon. PIR should be the last place to see that
implemented, that makes it specially weird.

Any how, count with me.

to have this distinction.
