@Martin I think the alternative you are mentioning is the SCADR (
https://pir.org/5776-2/) which is shelved for now.
@Farzaneh thanks for the update, regarding SCADR, while it seems dead for
now I guess we have to pay attention for coming months since there will be
attempts to bring it back in another form. While we encouraged more
consultation and involving advisory committee (during our meeting with PIR
CEO in Copenhagen), I am wondering how much can we support such mechanism
even if we are involved.
