 Dear All,

The executive committee decided to allocate the three travel supports approved in the Additional Budget Requests to those who drafted and submitted the proposals namely: Ayden Ferdeline, Tatiana Tropina and me.
It was decided to allocate two more travel slots for IGF 2017 to the members to carry out outreach:

A. CROP travel slot: (only 3 nights and 4 days covered)

- Priority given BUT NOT NECESSARILY to workshop panelists to encourage professional development + send link of selected workshop- Active NCUC member (mailing list, working groups, drafting materials etc.)- Plans at the IGF for outreach/volunteering- Enough knowledge about what NCUC does and how ICANN works to hold the booth at IGFand explain issues  to the visitors (in your statement you need to add a paragraph in your own words on what NCUC does at ICANN)

  B. NCUC Fellowship to the IGF (up to 2000 Dollars):
-  workshop panelists to encourage professional development + send link of selected  workshop.- Priority given but NOT NECESSARILY to candidates FROM THE IGF2017 REGION to maximise the NUMBER OF BENEFICIARIES.- Priority given BUT NOT NECESSARILY to PARTIAL FUNDING: Airfare only, hotel only, bus, train etc. to maximise the NUMBER OF BENEFICIARIES.- Active NCUC member (mailing list, working groups, drafting materials etc.)- Plans at the IGF for NCUC outreach/volunteering- Enough knowledge about what NCUC does and how ICANN works to hold the booth at IGFand explain issues  to the visitors (in your statement you need to add a paragraph in your own words on what NCUC does at ICANN)

Please apply by 16 October 2017. You can send your application (statement of interest, laying out your outreach plans for NCUC, your activities in various WGs and the workshops you will take part in and how much funding you need) to  Maryam Bakoshi <maryam.bakoshi at icann.org> and me.

Best regards,
