[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Potential Session Proposal] Internet Freedom Festival 2018

Kindly advice. 1. Is it NCUC as an organisation or individual or collective
members that are suppose to submit a proposal? 2. are there any processes
for coming up with a proposal, if yes are there any conditions for members
who want to be part of a any written proposal and
Lastly, the proposal you drafted, are we only giving feed back and also
will you be making an open call to any NCUC members who will love to be
part of such interesting proposal.

Most often I see NCUC proposals not regionally and gender balance.

I am interested in submitting a collective proposal but need to be educated
on the processes.
