[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination period for NCUC Elections started

Dear, members.
         I know this will sound out of topic, but it is just for noting! I
will be traveling to Guangzhou China coming Saturday, and would be willing
to meet any of our members there. I understand there are so many issues
with connectivity and freedom of communications there and need an advice
from an informed members.
