[NCUC-DISCUSS] Another chat with the CEO/any comments?

Agreed James/Ayden. I am not very familiar with how the LAC region works
(but have so far been quite impressed). In the Middle East and Adjoining
Countries, I've found the collegiality and professionalism of the various
stakeholders involved in ICANN is incredibly encouraging.
