[NCUC-DISCUSS] ITU WSIS 2017 Call for Speakers - High-Level Policy Sessions

Yes, Lisa, you are probably wise to be hesitant.
Although these selection processes do try to maintain diversity there is
still a lot to do.
And while there is this emphasis on the call it also leaves room to wonder
why is it there and what isn't there (like regional div.).
