[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC Session at Rightscon

All,

EC decided to allocate CROPP to Milton Mueller to attend RightsCon to do
NCUC outreach and lead the NCUC session on private ordering and content
regulation.

Tatiana Tropina, the EC representative for Europe has put athe panel
together (including Jean-Jacques Sahel from ICANN, Brian Cute from PIR and
 Peter Vergote from DNS Belgium) and Milton will be moderating it.

The session will take place on Thursday, 30th March from 10.30 to 11.45 at
RightsCon. Find more information here:

If other NCUC members are attending RightsCon, it would be good to fill in
this poll and get together by ICANN booth for a discussion and getting to
