[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomcom

Hi,

Appointments of representatives from NCUC to NCSG Executive Committee,
Policy Committee, Finance Committee, Nomcom, PIR (and any other possible
appointment) is made by the NCUC Executive Committee.
the annual election is only to elect NCUC Executive Committee members and
NCUC chair.
