[NCUC-DISCUSS] Facebook as an obligatory requirement for being ICANN60 fellow

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to discuss ICANN fellowship
rules, although I think this is very important. When I was an ICANN fellow,
a mailing list was all that was required for online communication.
Non-commercial and more private alternatives must be available, especially
with ICANN's resources, and Siranush's experience. Also ccing Siranush. I'm
glad this is being addressed. Thanks. ginger
