[NCUC-DISCUSS] Facebook as an obligatory requirement for being ICANN60 fellow

Great, thanks Glenn! I think it is not responsible on the part of ICANN 
to force people to use a proprietary platform famous for monetizing our 
PI.  There are other ways to communicate, like email.  I understand that 
many young people especially don't use email, but they have to get used 
to it if they are going to contribute to the working groups at ICANN.
