Hi Farzaneh,
I want to extend my sincere thanks to you and the EC for putting together
this very thorough and robust document. It's much appreciated!
I've gone through and added comments and some edits here and there, but
overall I approve of it. Also, some little things like editing (for
consistency especially) and formatting need to be done before it's
finalized, but I'll happily volunteer to help with that.
