[NCUC-DISCUSS] intersessional meeting

Hi everyone,

A quick point of clarification Farzaneh: is there any reason why the
engagement offices couldn't be considered as well? That way it could extend
the coverage of the regions where it could happen (such as in Montevideo or
Brussels).
