I agree w/ Ayden. The conversation will happen, it is just a matter if<br>
we skip it or not.<br>
But I would also make the point of friendly venues which none of the<br>
ICANN hubs location is.<br>

So my suggestion is the same as last year<br>
The intersessional could be in LAC or at least Portugal or Spain.<br>
This is especially important strategy to prepare for a 2018 where all<br>
the meetings are in places which also have Spanish as main language.<br>
Great partnerships and outreach can be made.<br>
I am grateful for the local contacts I've made during the<br>
intersessional which helped me do the event for NCUC in Internet<br>
Freedom Festival and bring new members.<br>
I believe i also understand the dialogue better in NCPH but I want to<br>
understand it more.<br>
It is also important to bring in NCUC members even if through remote<br>
participation. For that, I agree w/ Kathy we need to prepare and<br>
create strategies.<br>

There was also a conversation about doing the intersessional with GDD<br>
or and ICANN Meeting.<br>
I'm in agreement w/ whatever result, as long as the venues aren't difficult..<br>
