[NCUC-DISCUSS] Selection of ICANN meeting venues and dates

Dear Farzaneh,
Thank you for sharing this. I will suggest that holidays pertaining to
countries that will host any ICANN meeting be respected, this means hat the
local host has to advise alongside any specific information any person
attending an ICANN meeting in that country may need to know.
For gender issues, the individual working groups should be left to decide
on this matter so that we don't delve into controversial discussions.
