To follow on your point Farell, there is a lot of interest in Africa on the
issues that NCUC tackles, its just a matter of getting to the people.

Translation of content is a good step in doing so, like what Bonface is
doing with ICANN wiki Swahili. In addition to this, creating active local
communities is something that we should look into.
