[NCUC-DISCUSS] The use of +1 's ... and why some people might be reluctant to post

That's the feeling i always had with regards to this point. I believe few ppl asked questions to candidates but not sure i saw anyone responded (i might have missed that).

I suggest that would be the best way to use +1 on election periods!
