[NCUC-DISCUSS] Announcement: Allocation of the travel support to IGF

Dear Rafik and NCUC EC,

thanks a lot for providing me with this opportunity to take part in the
IGF - very much appreciated! I will do my best to make NCUC benefiting
from my participation.

Congratulations to Rachel and thanks to who wished us good travels! Hope
