[NCUC-DISCUSS] Travel slots available for Hyderabad meeting

Hi,

yes it seems that conference visa is required, in particular for ICANN
support travel. I am checking with ICANN staff and that is their
understanding, waiting for ICANN travel constituency confirmation.
