Hi

I recently launched the online resource on Internet Governance for IEEE and
I have a section on social and cultural  issues which includes  Digital
Rights.

I know that Article 19 people are interested in Human Rights and ICANN  and
I am wondering if is  anyone interested in the issue of prisoners and
digital rights?
