[NCUC-DISCUSS] Mexico: a territory in dispute 14oct call

Hi

This is a call for organized groups in IG and ICT to come discuss in
Chiapas on 14th Oct the effects of Mexico adhesion to large scale internet
connectivity projects like Facebook's Internet.org and Google's air ballons
project.
Also, debates about internet governance and its related events such as the
recently completed IANA transition.
