HI all.

After reading this thread I'm putting +1 @Bill arguments.
Anyway, in term of term of teamwork my heart balanced +1 @Wisdom choices.
Finally my ballot would said. ;-)

But I have an 'ignorant' question : is SUBSTAIN = NOTA in this élection ?
