[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Election] Details about elections/voting

Hello all,
I wanted to point out a possible issue in regards to the downloadable voter
lists (here <http://www.ncuc.org/participate/ballots/>). Would it be
possible to put them behind a registration wall or otherwise make them
unavailable to the public? I am worried about having all the emails so
readily available to possible spammers, etc. Maybe put them on the
community wiki and link to them?
