EXCELLENT report!

Thanks Renata, Ayden and James et al.- Good presentations

I was nodding in approval as I read the report as sooo many issues
identified therein are the same issues that stand in the way of persons
 the Caribbean region ( and LAC) not being at the table.

The word "IG" or "Internet Governance" means very little to people in some
countries. And for those who do know it means there are significant
economic and institutional challenges to get involved.

Thanks for sharing - I look forward to hearing some solutions to "bridge
that gap".
