Hello Ayden
The thing is that will be limited option while the community is
talking about access, inclusion and bridging digital divide. I understand
that ICANN is a US incorporated and that doesn't seem to be change soon but
even US government has recognised the impact of empowering users and thus
made changes in its sanction policies to allow for users access but
corporates are being reluctant and unwilling to revise their policies. From
techonology point of view there must be another option that provides equal
access to all users.
